Spring – focused on pest prevention. Includes web removal and dusting of eves and soffit areas, full perimeter treatment, and inspection and or treatment of interior if needed.
Summer – targeting active summer pests such as wasps and bees. Includes web removal and dusting as needed, full perimeter treatment, and inspection and or treatment of interior if needed.
Fall – focusing on keeping pests from entering the home over winter. Includes web removal and dusting as needed, full perimeter treatment, inspection and sealing of pest entry points ( up to 1” diameter), rodent stations added or filled as required, and inspection and or treatment of interior if needed.
Winter – rodent control is the key during the winter. Inspecting for new entry points and maintaining rodent equipment is our main focus. Insects mostly die off or go dormant. Insect service completed if required.
